Flooded road and pavement
Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 13:02, Tue 15 November 2022
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3965911.
This area is a problem every time it rains. Water builds up and means the pavement is often impassable. When cycling, one has to move almost to the centre of the road to avoid the problem. This can be dangerous as cars on the other side of the road often cross the white line in the middle of the road and take the corner on the wrong side of the road.

Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.
Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.
We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.
Thank you for your patience.
