Traffic lights, bollards and signs

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3936663.

The junction is in a complete state of disrepair.

- no road markings - the bollards are missing / damaged - half a broken traffic light pole is left at 45 degrees - there are numerous potholes - contractors have left / dumped their materials at the junction
