Under rail bridge on Hall Lane, Sandbach
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3910249.
Every time it rains there is serious flooding under the rail bridge. Although this is reported by members of the public there is no response from the council to clear the flood water or clear up the silt and debris once the water recedes. Unless a driver wants to risk damaging their vehicle by driving through the flood the alternative is a long detour back to Coppenhall to get back to Sandbach. There is Red Lane and Elton Flashes roads but they tend to flood as well. For anyone living on the Canal Fields estate with a mobility scooter Hall Lane rail bridge footpath is their only route to Sandbach.
