Hedgerow needs cutting right back

I have reported this previously and the hedge was cut back. It hasn't been cut back far enough including the ivy on the pavement. You can see the lamppost, the vegetation needs cutting back to the lamppost. This pavement section is about 2 foot with the vegetation and is where vehicles speed up to 40mph. Lorries in particular make walking uncomfortable.
