Dangerous tree in rear garden of 12 Grove Park, overhanging the A50.

The tree on the left of the picture appears to be dying. It gets fewer leaves each year, particularly on the northern side. It used to keep its leaves until November, but the few leaves it did have started coming down in early September this year. You can see from the photo that it has far fewer leaves than next door's tree. It's a very large tree which threatens not only the road but my house. Could someone take a look?
