Disabled space opposite congleton library

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3859088.

There is only one disabled space and it is always occupied by non disabled vehicles. It is only marked on the road so when a car is parked there impossible to tell it is a disabled space for traffic wardens, Cleaners from offices etc worst culprits, thanks
