Blocked gully drains outside 110 and 108

Drain cleaners did street yesterday but totally drove past the 2 drains that we actually reported!!!. These will need to be done in perpetuity until the problem of the collapsed drain is rectified. We have been told the gully drains cannot drain as the mains drain under the road has collapsed and therefore no water can pass.
