The slightest bit of rain here tends to form a huge puddle outside our house that doesn't drain as the grid is in the wrong place. Our house and drive as you can see in the picture is below this so when cars pass through it is jettysoning water up onto our cars and house. This problem only gets worse when even mote rain is expected and is damaging our property. This road needs fixing or leveling somehow so that the water can drain properly. The houses we live in have only been recently converted so will not have been a problem before when this was a commercial property. We reported this issue last winter however the problem has not been solved. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
