Prestbury: A538 on hill between end of New Road and start of Prestbury lane / Heybridge lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3851319.
2 of the 3 standard drainage gullies on this hill are blocked, as is the large drainage grid adjacent to the road-bridge crossing the railway line adjacent to Prestbury station. Please could these drains be cleaned before winter.
