3 open top litter bins in park

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3841816.

There are two types of litter bin around the park - there are at least 3 that have open tops. Birds are constantly picking out rubbish from these bins looking for waste food which then results in litter blowing around the park. It would be great if these well used bins could be replaced with bins with lids.
