Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3828335.

I reported an issue of hedge and tree branches being dumped under my hedge whilst a street light was being repaired, no. 3783297 I had a message saying the problem was fixed but as yet all the debris is still there so it’s not fixed!!!
