Along the Hendon Rochester Crescent gully, half way down at the rear of 11 hendon and 17 Rochester Crescent.

Reported via desktop in the Light Out category anonymously at 09:52, Tue 13 September 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3821468.

The street light here is out and has been for many years, it is not accessible due to the large bush which is covering access to the column. before looking at the issue a path must be made through the bush by cutting it away next to the rear fence of 11 Hendon Close. It is imperative that this light is fixed as people cannot use the gully during the evenings with no light and the loss of this light has caused issues in Hendon Close as there is less light in the cul de sac now.

Updates

  • Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.

Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.

We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.

During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.

    Thank you for your patience.
