Outside 20 Goughs lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3791238.

The person who lives at no 20 has put large stones on the pavement to stop people parking, he has now come out approximately half a meter from his fence and has planted hedges on the public foot path, there will be no space for anyone to walk when these hedges grow.
