Roundabout paint required, London Road South/Dickens Lane Junction
Reported via mobile in the Lining category anonymously at 20:14, Monday 29 August 2022
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3788506.
There was another accident today between a cyclist and a car at the London Road South and Dickens Lane Junction in Poynton. Cars travelling along London Road do not slow down at the junction possibly because the road junction mini roundabout paint has worn away as can be seen in the Google maps view from a couple of years ago, it has almost disappeared now. Please come back and paint it before someone is killed here.
Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.
Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.
We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.
During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.
Thank you for your patience.
