Footpath from junction of Wrenbury Heath Road to Sound Prary School

Footpath is blocked - children are forced to walk in the busy A-road to/from the school bus. Schools go back in less than a fortnight and it must be fixed before then. Reported in 2021, nothing done and has got worse since. I’m happy to pay to have it rectified and bill the council - please let me know how to recover costs from Cheshire East if you are unable to rectify.
