Two Drain covers past the golf driving range

This pot hole has been there for several months, the drain is also blocked so any reapir to the edge of the drain would only be undone when the road flooded due to the drain being blocked. Also the water not draining away would hide the current hole and cause an increased risk to motorists and cyclists. This drain needs to be unblocked as well as having the surface repaired. I cycle that section of road regularly and the hole is getting bigger and deeper and has become a more ugrent repair
