Dog walkers constantly leaving bags of dog mess & sometimes not even picking it up . Reported numerous times only to be told someone from the council has been out to pick up the bags …. You going to do this everyday ? Surely it would be more cost effective and efficient to install a dog foul bin ? Your response that ‘budget’ is to be considered is a joke … please feel free to use the council tax I pay you every month as a contribution!
