Weight Limit Sign has been knocked out of position

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3726157.

Weight Limit Sign, coming in fro. Middlewich Road to Colleys Road has been knocked out of position, clearly for a long time period, as someone has even tried wrapping it in 'Caution - Electricity' tape.

I noticed it it for at least 3 months, so thought it should be reported (assuming it had been already).

As it has/had and mains light afixed to it, it probably IS a potential Electricution risk.
