South Knutsford Residents Group members are concerned that the hedge is planted on the footway next to Toft Woods. Access will be impeded as the hedge grows. Stones to prevent verge parking are already a hazard for pedestrians. The hedge will look better than the fence but not at the cost of safety. Thank you
