Bend where pillar box lane becomes ward lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3678448.

Hedge has grown too wide and reduces road width, but most importantly reduces visibility, especially for traffic coming from wards lane to pillar box lane. There are daily occurrences of emergency braking. The hedge is also hiding the brick wall on the internal side. Outside side of the bend has a crumbling road edge and is cover with sand / small stones, which impacts braking distance.
