Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3662246.

A drain appears to be blocked with water on surface… all the drains along here and towards Lacey Green Primary (Barlow Rd) are blocked. In some cases grass Is growing out of them.

It’s going to take one major downpour for us to experience localised flooding that can be resolved easily.
