Reported via mobile in the Litter and Bins category by Wendy Falk at 19:09, Thursday 23 June 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3619069.

I keep picking up discarded poo bags because people throw their bags from the pavement, whilst walking their dog and miss! They can't be bothered walking through the gate! Please could you organise for the bin to be relocated nearer the footpath so this doesn't happen? It's encouraging that people are willingly carrying and depositing their poo bags (the Pleasure and Bright Horizons are the nearest bins) but it would be even better if they could reach the bin. It's such a shame that the 2nd bin that was by the other gate (Eden Close) has been removed. It's really a pain walking all the way to the Gravel Lane end of the park which is why so much litter is left around the swings these days. If you could arrange for the existing bin to be moved, it would make Council Workers' jobs easier, too, when emptying the bin ;-) Thank you
