Hedge along exit from Minshull new road to smithy lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 3580657.
Hedge is wildly overgrown, on walking along the pavement you have to duck under the over grown hedge and there is very little space available on the pavement also due to hedge condition. There is a great risk of a vehicle mounting the pavement due to emergency vehicles (Seen many times) and not being able to see the pedestrian on the pavement round the corner.
Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.
Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.
We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.
During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.
Thank you for your patience.
