Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3549293.

The car was seen 10 days ago, with an identical vehicle parked next to it. Various components appear to have been swapped from vehicle to vehicle, Including the removal of the number plates from the first vehicle. The registration number of the second vehicle is available.
