Along the footpath at the side of Waterloo Road, next to hedgerow.

Reported via mobile in the Dog Fouling category by Peter David ASHWORTH at 16:27, Sunday 15 May 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3526931.

This is the latest pile of horse manure, deposited in the middle of a footpath which runs alongside Waterloo Road next to the current roadworks. Because horses cannot pass the roadworks, they are using the adjacent footpath and leaving large mounds of horse manure where pedestrians and especially children attending the nearby Worth Primary School, use to get by. Dog owners have to clean up their animal’s mess, why are horse owners exempt? The road works are set to run for another five weeks, by which time this footpath will be impassable. Please advise horse owners to change their route until such time as they can use the roadway again. Thank you. Peter Ashworth
