Hind Heath Road Opposite Cricket Club Entrance

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category by Mr Colin Bentall at 08:22, Mon 9 May 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3510932.

A gulley has sunk making it feel like a pot hole. Please can this be brought back in line with the road as it is hard to avoid it due to its position. It is also a nightmare when it rains and this part of the road floods and you can see where the drain it to avoid it. This drain had previously been leveled with the road during the winter and was such a lovely job but due to the cold weather the tarmac didnt last long and broke up so was quickly fixed without being levelled properly.

  • Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.

Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.

We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.

During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.

    Thank you for your patience.
