A556 after the junction with A5033 heading towards northwich

Reported via mobile in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 10:50, Sun 10 April 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3449378.

A large quantity of black bin bags 20+ full of something, have been dumped in a ditch at the side of the road. I notice they have been reported back in February and they’re still there. Suppose the contents are hazardous and they’re leaking into the water table. Wouldn’t it be sensible to get them removed ASAP in case of any possible environmental damage?
