Shawbrook Dane, Rear of Daneside Close Flats

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3430492.

A very strange man by the name of Mr James Thomas at Flat 3, 3 Daneside Close CW12 2FS. Walks his dog, lets it foul, collects it's parcel in a light yellow doggy bag, then proceeds to throw it in shawbrook dane (river dane run off) or in to the bushes... these bags are hanging from tree branches, tossed in bushes, they are everywhere.
