Along Mill Lane between the brook and the lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3355622.

More fencing has been destroyed during the recent windy weather which has caused a tree to be blown over and blocking the lane. Can you let me know who is responsible for the trees on the left going up Mill Bank towards Back Lane(close to the public right of way) Some trees are between the brook and the lane and some are from the neighbouring landowner I think.
