Outside 3 holmes chapel road

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3352558.

At the side of the road adjacent with the pavement there is a long area (approx 4-5 foot and a foot wide) that has been dug up and refilled, but refilled to a lower level than the rest of the road. This means that whenever it is raining a substantial puddle is collecting. When lorries and other vehicles drive through this it is splashing the house and covering the windows/doors and in particular the brick work in dirty wet water.
