Approximately 200 yards past the lay-by on Chester road (no kerb ) From the traffic lights at villa farm continue past the farm on your left, then past the parking lay-by and there are approximately 100 bags dumped in the ditch/ drainage gulley

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3340772.

Approximately 100 black bin bags dumped by the side of the road. The road is a 60 mph with no pavement. Probabaly happened when it was closed recently for several nights by the council. I live just a little further along which is how I have seen it.

  • We have now actioned this report. Many thanks for your report, we were able to remove the majority of the bags this weekend during the lane closure for grass mowing.
