Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3333539.
Ref report 3282418 (and 3423799, 3431803, 3434821) I spoke to your passing gully cleaning team yesterday. They say they cannot clean a fully blocked gully until it has been jetted. (You can't even see where the gully is for the time being as it will be underwater until either you jet it or we have a dry spell.) You have promised to deal with it in the next 12 weeks (for which many thanks) but please can you ensure that you send a jetter/sludge removal team and not the normal gully cleaning vehicle because the latter cannot do anything.

Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.
Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.
We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.
Thank you for your patience.
