Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3329604.

The tarmac around the grid outside my house over the last few days has developed a large hole around the actual grid and as a result every time a vehicle goes over it the whole house vibrates, this grid has been repaired many times in the past and the result is always the same ( poorly maintained ) at the time of repair plus the grid does not get rid of any surface water as it is blocked up i would appreciate if you could try and sort this out please
