Black Rd between Bradley St and Windmill St

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3328285.

The road has flooded due to heavy rain and blocked drains on Windmill St and Black Rd. The road and pavements are completely submerged and vehicles or pedestrians cannot pass. One car was stuck in the flood and had to be pushed out.
