On Knutsford Road situated in the verge and close to the driveway entrance for number 62 there is a hazel tree. It is quite dead and has been so for a very long while. Occasionally branches drop off since it is so rotten. Your marker number 001464 has been on the tree since at least July 2021. Not far away also set in the grass verge is a very large tree and not far from number 60 Knutsford Road. It overhangs adjacent gardens and clearly imperils a number of telephone cables since there is a supporting post situated very close to the tree. In addition on the kerbside of the tree high-sided vehicles often collide with its branches which results in them falling on to the ground or on to vehicles in transit on the roadway. Some such branches have been quite sizeable and of considerable girth. This state of affairs has prevailed for a very long time now.

While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.
