Historical pot hole is opening up again outside 8 Burton Drive. Approximately 1 metre long.
Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 15:17, Mon 14 February 2022
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3310834.
This pot hole has been filled twice in as many months. Simply filling the hole with tarmac is only a short term fix to the problem. This bit of road has no gully, so the water sits in a constant puddle. The road is narrow, so cars cannot avoid the pot hole. Cars are going to get damaged. I have also heard that a cyclist fell of their bike due to the pot hole. To rectify the problem, this patch of road needs levelling up, re laying and a drain for the rain water needs to be fitted. 8 Burton Drive, Poynton, SK12 1AA.
