Street light on pathway

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3299340.

Street light is orange in colour and flickers from orange to out completely, making the footpath completely dark. this is dangerous to walkers using the pathway and high risk from a personal security perspective. Light source requires replacing?
