Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3298218.

We campaigned for 5 years to have permanent bollards (albeit removable to allow access for ab loads) to be installed at this location. Just a few months after they have been installed they have been replaced by a row of traffic cones. When will the bollards be put back in place?
