Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3288392.

Pothole has opened up again in front of grid in road outside 28 Kendal Road. Impossible for drivers to avoid and it is quite deep. It was "mended" 6 weeks ago and has come into an even bigger hole within six weeks. Please can we have a permanent fix. 2.2.22
