Cw121ND

Reported via mobile in the Light Out category anonymously at 10:10, Friday 28 January 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3272814.

On the corner of norbury drive Cw121NB And eardley crescent CW12 1ND There is no street light. It is pitch black when I visit my daughter I am concerned as no one can see anyone several children come pass and it is dangerous it’s a blind corner it’s a hazard by not having suitable lighting several times cars have turned the corner and don’t realize that children and adults are crossing . Is there anything that you can do I feel just put another light would be a great benefit You would know what I mean if you were to visit the location at night Many thanks m parkinson

  • Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.

Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.

We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.

During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.

    Thank you for your patience.
