Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3270117.

No need for 3 way temp traffic lights. Causing big traffic problems throughout Holmes Chapel. Light change too quickly and intermittently. 2 way system would be more than suitable like previous works carried out at the same location.
