Small park on Chatsworth Park Estate, Shavington

Reported via mobile in the Litter and Bins category anonymously at 12:20, Sunday 16 January 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3244051.

The bin has been overflowing on the park for months (on the 13th November I tied a bin bag to the railways next to the bin as people were just leaving bags of dog poo on the floor next to it!). The situation has now escalated and rats have been spotted near the bin. This is a children's play park and residents shouldn't have to deal with overflowing bins, dog poo and rats (which have started to go into people's gardens as well!)
