Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3224334.

There are 2 illuminated 30 mph signs - both are not lit and have broken open electrical units they are on opposite sides of Styal Road/Hollin Lane - the signs are covered in dirt/algae and have been badly neglected - the electrical circuits are exposed.
