Road outside 54 Chiltern Avenue

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway category anonymously at 14:28, Fri 7 January 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3223234.

Road was dug up in 2015 for utility works. The infill (seen left of puddle in attached photo) created a small rise which prevents rain water reaching the drain, instead creating a large puddle. Over time this puddle has cause the road surface to deteriorate and the pavement/kerb start to sink making the problem worse. Passing vehicles cause small stones from deteriorated road surface to be thrown across pavement.
