57 new hall street, macclesfield

Reported via desktop in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 15:12, Tuesday 4 January 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3215279.

Caught on CCTV At 18:54hrs today 25/12/21 (Christmas Day) a couple walked up New Hall St towards the Kings Qtr. and then returned on our side of the street and deposited a large carrier bag of rubbish in our grey bin, which was our driveway. This bag filled our bin to the brim

I went out to look what they had left, and the bag was full of Christmas wrapping paper and Prosecco wine bottles. I did not delve into the carrier bag to much just in case there was other items in it!

The couple were two women. One was well built dark haired with an Alsatian dog on a lead which had reflective panels on the lead. The other woman was also well built with what looked like white hair tide back in a ponytail. She was carrying two bags. Only one bag was placed in our grey bin, and she wandered off with the other bag, so this bag may have been discarded lower down New Hall St.

The bin men have taken away most of what left but i retained some wrapping paper with names on them.
