Large pothole - congleton road directly outside 2 Brookside Cottages
Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 08:10, Tue 4 January 2022
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3213662.
There is a large pothole outside my property and due to the ridiculous weight of some of the vehicles travelling on the congleton road from the M6 the pothole is making my entire house shake when a large vehicle hits it. Please send someone to look at and fix ASAP. I have cracks forming in the walls of my house due to this and it needs to be urgently looked at. Thank you!!

The pothole is actually outside my gate at number 3 Brookside Cottages and is getting larger - we heard a large bang over the weekend - as one vehicle travelled over it, I’m sure damaging their vehicle. I have added photos here in the hope that this will be resolved more urgently as it gets worse by the day.

As per my previous update including photos - the pothole is outside my gate (no. 3 Brookside cottages) and this has not been fixed? Please change the status of this - no remedial work has been carried out and my house still shakes every time a lorry hits the pothole? Please address this asap!
