Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3212843.
There are numerous boulders causing an obstruction on the grass verges in Chantry Rd, Disley, placed thete by residents. When asked politely to remove them due to them.being a haxard to pedestrians particularly in snow when they are invisible they have refused. Also when a vehicle is parked on tje road legally , the doors are unable to be opened. Verges are supposed to be for safe runoff areas for cyclists, horse rider, disabled carriages and thede obstscles prevent this. I have seen a young child fall and bump tjete head on one of them. These have been present for months but are being added to...one resident had placed 10 boulders.
