Trees again!!!
Reported via iOS in the Hedge/Tree Maintenance category anonymously at 06:24, Fri 31 December 2021
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3206674.
So still 5 years on and still no trees cut and being told might be pencilled in the jan cut like they have said for 5 years. They apparently came out in Feb 2021 and said the road and path were not lifted and no damage and the tree was fine. As you can see by the photos this amount of damage doesn’t happen in 10 months. I have since being told someone did trip on this some years ago and CEC had a claim to settle. I don’t think it’s fair for me to be told that if I want the tree sorting I have to pay for it myself

I understand that but the path and roads are lifting and uneven, health and safety!!!! You are supposed to prune the trees and have not for a large number of years. They are affecting my phone line and broadband. They drop dead twigs onto my car
