On B5159 West Lane, adjacent to Kay Lane.

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3206291.
There are 2 gulleys on the B5159 opposite to Kay Lane, on either side of Kaylane brook which do not drain and the roadway floods when there is significant rain. Gulley cleaning vehicles have been in the area in the past month, from both Warrington and from Cheshire East, but these gulleys do not always get attention, possibly because they lie on the boundary of the two councils. They discharge to Kaylane brook, but there is little flow visible in either drain, and I suspect there is also an obstruction in the drain. This flooding has had attention at numerous times over years, but has never been fully resolved.
