Pavement outside number 3 beech court, sk9 2aw

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3204517.

Cracks have appeared in the pavement in the past few weeks and water is flowing out of them continuously over the pavement and then into a roadside drainage gully.

I believe united utilities have visited but said this is a drainage failure and not a water main or sewer fault that they maintain therefore it is the responsibility of the council to resolve it.

If this is left then when temperatures drop this pavement will become very icy and hazardous presenting high fall risk to elderly residents living nearby.

Please can this be investigated to prevent the surface water draining over the pavement.
